Become a Volunteer- Help Stop theSpread of Covid-19 – Get Involved in your Community

The Foundation is currently running a number of programs to combat the spread of Covid-19. We are developing volunteer opportunities for students so that they can make a difference in their communities by preventing the spread of disease while also learning valuable skills. Our programs’ primary goal is to assist vulnerable communities throughout the GTA. Among the programs are, but are not limited to:

  • Mask and PPE Project
  • Canadian Youth and Covid-19 Response
  • Food and Donation Drive
  • Feed the Homeless initiative

While it is true that the Covid-19 pandemic has affected nearly everyone at this time, it is also true that some communities and populations are more vulnerable than others. As a result, the Foundation has made it its mission to focus on these vulnerable individuals in order to help them get through these trying times. We are doing everything we can to reach out to as many communities as possible across the GTA to offer assistance. While our current focus is on youth and the elderly, we hope to assist as many people as possible. We do not believe it is entirely fair that some communities lack the resources to survive the pandemic. As a result of this recognition, we are doing our best to work with communities that require the most assistance. By providing groceries, meals, PPE, and other items, we are making a difference by alleviating some of the stress and frustration that so many people are experiencing at this time. Our programs are ongoing and will remain so for as long as they are required.
