“The Canadian Black Youth Action for Change (CBYAC) aims to reach out to approximately 2000 black youths and more in order to strengthen their relationship with their community and encourage them to be good citizens.” CBYAC’s mission is to engage black youths in actively participating in the lifestyle of the Greater Toronto Area by assisting those developing entrepreneurship and leadership skills for action and change.
