Entrepreneurship And Leadership

Youth Leadership is a program designed to help young people become leaders in their communities. The Foundation engages volunteers and many youth ambassadors to help them develop skills and become more involved in the community. We believe that leadership skills are critical and that our youth have the potential to make a difference in the community by developing fundamental skills. There is also the element of belonging, in which we want our youth to feel as if they are part of a community. We have seen the youth we work with feel a sense of belonging by being a part of the Foundation because it is a close-knit group. Our youth have embarked on a path to a better future by developing important leadership skills that prioritizes civic engagement as well as educational and career opportunities.
